Cleaning is a key point in ensuring the success of your rentals. The cleanliness of the accommodation is essential for travellers. We take care of the cleaning between each booking: change of linen, restocking of hygiene and household products as well as basic products such as tea or coffee.
-24/7 communication
Our team can be contacted throughout your stay to respond to any needs you may have. We guarantee responsive and transparent communication, both with the owner and the travellers.
-Light maintenance:
To guarantee the peace of mind of the owner as well as the travellers, our team intervenes quickly to take care of small repairs (light bulb to be changed, small electricity or plumbing, wifi, etc ...)
-Departure of travellers
Our team will be on site when the travellers leave to collect the keys to the accommodation and carry out a complete check-up of its condition. In the event of any damage, we will contact Airbnb and take care of any deposit claims.
-Our rates:
20% commission on rental income generated. Guests are responsible for their own cleaning.
